Hello Flash!

Oh Joy! Today I got to meet the wonders of flash and coding. It seemed simple enough but, screw one thing up and the whole thing doesn't work. Then again, think of the infinite possibilities that come with this blank screen.

The Danger of a Single Story

What is a single story? A single story is a stereotype. It's like youhear the same thing over and over about the same place or person. My community, White Sulphur Springs, used to be this great town that thrived with buisnesses. It used to be a wonderful place. The best hotel in all of West Virginia is right there. but now, our town has died. It's nothing like it used to be. It's become one of those wanna be towns on the side of a main road. The town closest to us, Lewisburg, is now what White Sulphur used to be. It was even named Coolest Small Town in America. That town was built around a battle ground of the Civil War. A game could teach like a history lesson of these towns or any other community that has been stereotyped.
